Overview:
Our customer wanna design a packing machine which can pack powder products, and also can solve his spoon filling problem.
Challenge:
Our customers needed a packaging machine that would solve their problem of spoon filling into each bag with powder product. The first is that they need to customize the spoon filler for their spoons, making the product more attractive when it is on sale. Secondly, because the customer’s product is powder, the problem of powder dust should be considered when packaging to avoid sealing problems.
Result
According to the diameter, thickness and length of the spoon handle of the customer, our technicians design a special feeder, which can precisely adjust the direction of the spoon when feeding into the bag.
How we did it

- Add the vacuum cleaner to reduce the possibility of dust
- Add a bag cleaning brush to solve the sealing problem of the bag
